Liquid egg yolk OVOSTAR is made from hen egg yolks by breaking and carefully separating egg white and yolk. The product is exposed to the obligatory pasteurization. Egg yolk contains 32.6% of fat, which makes it natural emulsifier for many applications ranging from bakery products to mayonnaise and salad dressing.
