Heat-stable liquid egg yolk OVOSTAR is a special solution for mayonnaise and dressing producers. It is made from hen egg yolks by breaking, separating and mixing yolk with enzymes and salt. Being resistant to high temperatures the emulsion can be heated to an extreme degree without breaking down.
