Hard-boiled Peeled egg OVOSTAR is a modern solution for the HoReCa sector, food service plants, catering companies, and Ready-to-Eat food producers.

The Ready-to-Cook eggs could be used for salads, and sandwiches, as a banquet table decor, are convenient for cooking and are an indispensable pure ingredient for a high-protein diet and lunch snacks in an office environment.

Direct conveyor lines deliver the eggs from the YASENSVIT poultry farm, which are scanned for quality, and shell integrity, sorted by size, boiled at a temperature of 96°C, and cooled and peeled by modern technological equipment manufactured by SANOVO.

Hard-boiled Peeled eggs OVOSTAR are packed in buckets of 3.3 liters and filled with a prepared brine. One bucket contains 50 eggs of category C2, C1 (43-53 g).

Due to the naturalness of the technological process and the quality of the incoming raw materials, Hard-boiled Peeled egg OVOSTAR has a homogeneous structure of the boiled yolk, pure and smooth egg white without damage, and is identical to the taste of home-cooked eggs.
