Ovostar will take part in the cooking master class “Just like Bocuse”
Ovostar will take part in the cooking workshop led by Bocuse d’Or Ukraine project, the Ukrainian office of the one of the most prestigious cooking competitions in the world. In 2022, under the project supervision, 5 offline cooking workshops will be organized in Ukraine from its committee and its National Selection contestants with the participation of the best Ukrainian chefs.
On February 7, at Pochayna Event Hall (Kyiv), Hayk Veishtort, corporate chef of the five-star Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv and Riviera House, will run a master class “How to integrate food from childhood into a restaurant menu”. In the workshop he will prepare several dishes using OVOSTAR liquid egg products. One of these gourmet desserts is biscuit cake ‘Bunny’ with custard and strawberries. The chef will use for it two OVOSTAR pasteurized liquid egg mixtures: liquid egg and protein. Both products are made of fresh chicken eggs from the Ovostar Union Group of Companies own poultry farms.

The workshop from chef Hayk Veishtort will be held on February 7 at Pochayna Event Hall (Kyiv) from 15:30 to 16:30. The project draws attention to Ukraine as a country with a rapidly developing gastronomy, promotes tourism, culture, and recognition of Ukrainian chefs.
