Quality and safety

Focus on the quality of products and competent customer support are the key point of our strategy. It makes us to run production activity in the strict correspondence to the international food safety standards.

We know that our customer’s needs are driven by high safety standards in the food industry.

We use high quality vegetarian fodder

We have high level of in-house automation, including feed and water supply as well as manure disposal systems together with the automated collection of eggs

Disinfection of eggs and equipment is carried out with the help of ultraviolet light and ozonation

We have three-stage detection system control of the quality and cleanliness of the eggshell

We have our own certified laboratory that continuously performs the whole range of physical, chemical, and microbiological tests of the fodder and the finished products

We ensure that eggs are regularly tested by the state authorities for the microbiological safety indicators, the absence of dioxins and GMO.

We used to pass the audits of production sites for correspondence to international food safety and quality standards.

The food safety and quality assurance management systems based on the international standards ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 are integrated at our production sites.

Egg products OVOSTAR also have the HALAL certificate.
