Data Protection Authority

Our organization was founded in Ukraine. Thus, any privacy violations are governed by the data protection legislation of Ukraine. Given that data processing by our company does not include the processing of special categories of personal data on a large scale, we decided not to appoint a Data Protection Officer - these duties in the Company are performed by the Compliance Officer (contact e-mail: info@marketing.ovostar.ua).
