OVOSTAR integrates the production of chicken eggs and egg products into a single, fully controlled system — from developing its raw material base to supplying finished products.
At the heart of OVOSTAR’s products are fresh eggs sourced from Ovostar Union’s poultry farms. Vertical integration enables us to control the origin of raw materials, production processes, and the quality of finished products at every stage.
At Ovostar Union’s poultry farms, key processes such as bird care and feeding, as well as egg collection and transportation, are automated. Veterinary supervision and quality controls help ensure consistent product quality and food safety at every stage.
Once collected, the eggs are transferred to automated grading lines, where they are inspected, sorted by weight and carefully packaged. Our tracking system ensures full traceability of every batch.
Fresh eggs from Ovostar Union’s poultry farms are delivered to our egg processing facility, where they are turned into high-quality egg products. The automated process includes egg breaking, separation of the whites and yolks, filtration and pasteurization.
Liquid egg products are then chilled and packed in aseptic packaging. For dry egg products, the pasteurized egg mass undergoes a drying process. Each finished batch is tested against established quality and food safety standards before being released.

Our processing technology is designed to preserve the egg’s functional properties while ensuring consistent quality and performance across every batch.
After the eggs are automatically broken, they undergo separation. Depending on the product, the whites and yolks are separated, or the whole egg is processed into liquid egg products. The product is then filtered and pasteurized under controlled processing conditions.
Liquid egg products are chilled and packed in aseptic packaging. To produce dry egg products, the pasteurized egg mass is dried using a controlled drying process.
